I woke up this morning at a decent time and me and Belvadeer shared some Honey Crisp. Haven't had that cereal in probably 10 years!! Then the boys & I played outside for a while before I came in to take a shower. My sister came home after a while and we went to one of my favorite greasy pizza places ... Grand Street Pizza (only one, so it's a family business) real NY pizza. It was so good!! Then we ran to the mall to return her shoes to the store she got them from because they broke the second time she wore them! haha. Then I went to work from 2-8. There were so many crashes and stuff this morning though. A tractor trailer and a train collided with 13 being injured, thankfully no one died. A different crash ... two tractor trailers crashed, one of the drivers died. And then a third really big crash (not in Wake County) happened, all within one hour of each other. Crazy stuff. The day at work wasn't really bad. I put our stock food away, and helped teach our new girl how to wrap surgical packs correctly. Then tended to the appointments. It was pretty slow. There were a lot of surgeries though, but they were all in the morning before I got there.

After coming home, my brother was here whining about all his girl problems. He needs to stop acting like he's 16 years old and find a good girl, stop whoring around. But I ate dinner (some yummy chicken pot pie my mom made!) then watched some tv. Some of my shows were on tonight. I watched Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice... both pretty intense in some parts. I couldn't believe Private Practice, I was really sad one of the characters left :( he was cool. But glad one of the couples got engaged, FINALLY! haha. Now I'm in my room typing this and trying to get tired enough to go to sleep. I'm not sure what the weekend holds. I think me and my sister are going to see a movie with my uncle. I volunteered to work this weekend since the tech whose uncle died has to go to the funeral. So I'm working 9-1 (which usually it's 7:30-1) so I'm glad to be slacking a little on that! But I'm scheduled to work the next three Saturdays 7:30-1 so, but at least it's hours. I will be close to getting 40 hours this week, and will definitely be over 42 hours next week!! :)

Still haven't talked to Michael. Praying hard for him and everyone serving our country! I'm sending him a package tomorrow, any suggestions of what to put in it?? Or it may be Monday, depends on how my morning goes since I have to be at work at 12.

And this persecution Timothy is speaking of may not be physical, it can be emotional or mental too. Just remember that! But it's always for a good reason, God knows why. If He isn't doing it to us Himself, He is allowing it to happen to us (via our bad decisions or the devil or what have you) to make us more holy.

I got an early wake up call this morning at 7:24a (which I was somewhat expecting) from VCA Durant Road Animal Hospital (later on I will refer to it as DRAH). They needed me to come in early. I knew that this was going to happen because on of the technicians (also named Ashley Pittman ... weird huh? but she was married into the Pittman name, not birthed with it) uncle died yesterday and I knew she wasn't coming in today. So instead of coming in at 12:00p, I came in at 8:30a and worked until 6p because we had 3 technicians the whole day. So that was fun. We were fully booked this morning with appointments and had two dental surgeries. But the morning went pretty smoothly! There was a little kitty who was so little and precious, barley weighed a pound. And a different appointment who was a little lab mix puppy, he was super cute too!!! :)

I got me some Starbucks during my lunch break, it was nice!!

After I got off work, I came home and washed my car. It is all nice and shiny now. I had to go get tire gloss after dinner, so I ran to our neighborly Target (which I am so glad is here, since there isn't one in Boone currently)!! Then ran to McD's with my sister to get a little sundae. We're better now, she will actually talk to me about what's going on in her life. I think she realized big sister may know a little of what she's talking about, which is good! So we are actually like sisters now, as opposed to just being acquaintances! She graduates soon!! I keep telling her to get on her graduation party, so I can help her plan it and get the list together and everything!!! And now I'm just sitting here playing on facebook. So a pretty boring night, but that's okay. I'm so tired from work that it's all good to chill.

I didn't get to talk to Mike so far today, I had the chance to chat with him a few minutes last night on AIM, but I was watching The Good Wife so I was a little distracted. But he sounded great!!
